When ordering or registering on our website or App, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, phone number, email address, location, or other details for ordering and other purpose. The information we collect is limited to the details we need to provide the specific service you have asked for. Information you provide to us when your register with any of Quickze Apps (Restaurant App and Guest App), Quickze websites (http://www.quickze.com, https://restaurant.quickze.com, and https://guest.quickze.com) including your name, phone number, email address, course location at a restaurant for ordering and servicing purpose.
Information about your device or computer, including IP address, course geo-location, browser type, browser version, device type, and operating systems.
Information about your visits to and use of the Quickze apps or website, including how you use the app, such as the time of accessing the app or website duration of access, frequency, and pattern of use, and the pages, screens, or other displays of information looked at by the user on our server to analyze usage patterns and make the site more useful to the users.
Information relating to any purchases you make in our app or any other transactions that you enter into through Quickze apps, including your username and order details. We do not store your credit card information anywhere on our server. Payment information provided is securely encrypted using public key/private key and transmitted to the third intended party over secure connection. Our server handles only the encrypted payment information. We do possess ability to decrypt the payment information.
How we use this information –
Except where required by law, we only use the personal information you provide to us to deliver the specific information or service you have requested. For example, if you have subscribed to our newsletter through this website or App, we will only use the email address you provide to us to respond to that request. Without your express consent, we will not use your contact details for any other purpose.
Your information will also enable us to contact you when necessary concerning your request. Further we may use the information to administer, improve and develop our products and services.
In particular, we may use the information to contact you for your views and to notify you occasionally about important changes or developments to the website or App. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. Agents. Restaurants and restaurant POS system providers, both on-premise POS system or Cloud POS system on the internet that our participating restaurants use. We use third party credit card payment processing company such as BrainTree Inc. or PayPal Inc and your information is directly send to them. Our servers may not have capability to inspect or understand the actual credit card information.
Service Providers. We use third parties to provide such as API consolidator and POS APIs on our apps and sites. If you sign up for Quickze Guest or Quickze restaurant app service, we may share your access information with the third party to gain access to the account on your behalf. We do not store any username and password on our website. Only a token issued after your consent is stored on our website.
Affiliates. We do not disclose your personal information to anyone without your consent. We may disclose information such as device type, browser type, OS type, your course location to our affiliates, in order to offer you a better service.
Other Disclosures. We may also disclose personally identifiable information we collect from you when we are required to do so by law, or when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Quickze Guest, Restaurant Apps and Quickze websites.
Making Changes to Your Information
Quickze restaurant app permits you to review and make changes to the personally identifiable information we collect from you. You can login to your account and visit the settings page to make changes to the information stored in the system.
Quickze Guest App allows users to reset the account password by vising the sign-on page and selecting Forgot Password link. Currently the Quickze Guest App does not maintain a process by which you can review and make changes to the personally identifiable information such as email and phone number.
Response to Do Not Track Signals
Certain web browsers may provide an option by which you may have the browser inform websites or internet services you visit that you do not wish to have personally identifiable information about your activities tracked by cookies or other persistent identifiers across time and across third-party Internet websites, online or cloud computing services, online applications, or mobile applications. These are commonly called “do not track” signals. Our apps and websites does not respond to such signals at this time. We do not allow third parties to collect personally identifiable information about a user’s online activities, over time and across different sites, services, and applications, when that user uses our site, service, or application.
How do we protect information?
Our website or App is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our website or App as safe as possible. We use regular Malware Scanning. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with 128 bit encryption. We securely transfer all the information to the restaurant’s POS for processing. We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of their personal information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider (Omnivore.io) and are not stored or processed on our servers.
How we store and transfer your personal information
We are committed to ensuring your personal information is kept secure and confidential and not kept for longer than is necessary. From time to time we may ask other members of our group, or third party service providers, to help us manage our information technology systems. Some of these systems may be located in countries overseas. We will only transfer your information to a third party service provider or overseas where we are satisfied that adequate levels of protection are in place to protect the integrity and security of any information being processed and compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Cookies are small packets of information stored by your web browser when you visit certain websites or App, including our website or App. Cookies are generally used by website/App to improve your user experience by enabling that website/App to ‘remember’ you, either strictly for the duration of your visit or for repeat visits.
